General Information for Parents

You can find the necessary information for parents who will send their children to IHU Language Camp on this page.

IHU Language Camp is open to all kinds of communication with parents about the development of the student and the course of the program before, during and after the program.

However, parents are expected to agree with the program's intention, goal, and working methods. Language Camp is essentially a bilateral education program. Student side; Attitudes and behaviors that are unwilling, unwilling, not open to cooperation and resisting the methods and procedures of the program will not be accepted as they will disrupt the course of the program. In these and similar cases, the Language Camp has the right to terminate the student's participation in the program.

Parents are expected to share with the Language Camp their past information, if any, about their physical disabilities, their persistent illness, and their emotional development, which may affect the flow of the program. The Language Camp may take measures towards this, encourage the student or terminate the right to participate.

Since the Language Camp sets out to provide the necessary conditions for the student to learn the target language by experiencing it, the student will be able to communicate with his/her parents only during the meeting hours where they are allowed to speak in the mother tongue. In case of emergency, you can contact Ibn Haldun University or the student's mentor.
