1- Do you charge an application fee?
The fee for IHU Language Camp, which is $1000 (20.000TL), is only collected from accepted students.
2- How can I apply?

3- What documents do I need to prepare for the application?
You only need to fill out the information on the form during the application process. After successfully filling out the form, the Language Camp team will contact you and you will take a small written and oral test to measure your language level.
4- What will be evaluated during the application process?
In order to fully benefit from IHU Language Camp, participants must have a basic level of English proficiency. For this reason, everyone who applies will take a language test, and only students above a certain level will be accepted.
5- I have finished the 4th grade and I am going to the 5th grade. Can I apply to the Language Camp program?
Yes, you can apply to the Language Camp starting from the 4th grade.
6- Can I participate in only part of the program instead of the whole program?
No, the Language Camp is a program that lasts continuously for two or four weeks. Except for health problems and exceptional circumstances, it is not possible to participate in only a part of the program.
7- Can I go to my family on weekends?
No, the Language Camp is a program that lasts continuously for one month. Attendance at all planned activities during the program's weekends is mandatory.
8- Will I receive a certificate at the end of the program?
Yes, at the end of the program, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance. In addition, you will have the chance to take the Pearson Versant Language Exam and officially document your language level.
9- Can I use my smartphone (or other smart devices) whenever I want?
No, the Language Camp is designed to keep the participants as far away from their native language as possible and to constantly expose them to the target language. Except for the periods allowed in the program, you will not be able to communicate with the outside world.
10- What happens if I do not comply with the language commitment?
Language commitment is the first rule of attending the Language Camp. Students who are found not to be complying with it are warned and, if they continue to violate the rule, they will be removed from the program after the third warning.
11- Can I get a refund if I leave the program/get removed from the program?
No, there will be no refunds for participants who leave the Language Camp voluntarily or are removed from the program for not complying with the rules.
12- Where will we stay during the camp?
Male student will stay in suite rooms in the student dormitories of Ibn Haldun University. Female students will stay in TÜRGEV Katibe Atmaca Dormitory which is 20 minutes away form Ibn Haldun University. Since the Language Camp is a program that lasts 24/7, all participants must stay in the student dormitories during the program.
13- What is included in the camp fee?
During the Language Camp, all expenses related to daily 3 meals, trips, workshops, treats, all transfers, accommodation, and all expenses required by the program are covered by the Language Camp. Any other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
14- How much money should I have with me when I come?
You only need to have money with you for your expenses.
